Annie E. Doresca serves as the Chief Financial and Operating Officer at Jewelers of America, a role she has held since joining the organization on July 17, 2008. She is also the Executive Vice President of the Diamond Council of America, further solidifying her leadership within the jewelry industry.

In her position at Jewelers of America, Annie oversees key areas including finance and accounting, office management, human resources, strategic planning, and IT operations. Her leadership ensures the organization remains efficient, innovative, and strategically aligned with its goals.

Prior to her tenure at Jewelers of America, Annie honed her skills at BTQ Financial as a Client Manager, where she managed relationships with multi-million-dollar nonprofit clients, optimized financial operations, and contributed to strategic planning initiatives. She also served as Manager of Advisory Services at the Nonprofit Finance Fund, where she focused on strengthening the financial health of nonprofit organizations through strategic communications and marketing.

Earlier in her career, Annie gained valuable experience in the financial sector as an Intermediate Analyst at Goldman Sachs Co. in New York, solidifying her expertise in finance and strategic planning.

Annie's dedication extends far beyond her professional achievements, highlighting her unwavering commitment to the jewelry industry and her community. She serves on numerous esteemed boards, including the Jewelers Vigilance Committee, Jewelers Security Alliance, Jewelers Board of Trade, and the Women’s Jewelry Association Foundation. A proud member of the prestigious 24 Karat Club, Annie is also the Founding President of the Black in Jewelry Coalition, where she champions diversity and inclusion within the industry. Additionally, she serves as a Trustee for the Baldwin Union Free School Board District, reflecting her passion for education and community development.

Annie holds a Master of Public Administration from New York University and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from St. John’s University, equipping her with a strong foundation in finance, administration, and leadership across both nonprofit and for-profit sectors.
